Dr Uday Phadke speaks at UKIBC-FICCI Innovation Hubs Seminar in London (20 June 2011)

Dr Uday Phadke, Director of AcceleratorIndia, joined an exclusive panel discussion organised by UK India Business Council (UKIBC) in London on 27th June 2011. The panel discussion explored how the UK and India can expand their innovation relationship and addressed the key question: how can British and Indian companies and universities work together to improve their innovation?

Dr Phadke was joined by Rajan Bharti Mittal of Bharti Enterprises, Naina Lal Kidwai of HSBC India and other leading figures from UK business and innovation hubs. The seminar was conducted in partnership with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (FICCI) and is a key component of UKIBC's focus on promoting innovation collaborations and partnerships between the UK and India.

The UKIBC will be exploring this theme throughout 2011-12 with further seminars and larger conferences, conduct research, and is planning a delegation of innovative companies to India in October 2011. More details of this event can be found in the UKIBC website.
